eCommunications Policy
Some laws and regulations require us to give you specific written information, meaning you can receive that information on paper. However, we can provide this information electronically if we explain this eCommunications Policy and get your consent to go paperless.
Receiving Information Electronically
Under our User Agreement, we may send you certain types of information (collectively called “Communications”) electronically, including
- Agreements you accept (such as the User Agreement), along with any updates or changes to them
- Transaction confirmations and receipts
- Account statements and your transaction history
- Legal disclosures or notices related to our services
- Customer support communications, including messages about errors or unauthorized activity
- Any other communications related to our services or company, except for marketing messages
We may deliver these communications by:
- Posting them on our website
- Sending them through our app (including via push notifications)
- Emailing them to the address you provided
What You’ll Need to Access These Communications
To view and keep the electronic communications, you’ll need
- A device with internet access and present version and a version of our app that can open, view, and either save or print messages
- A verified email address is on file with us.
- A PDF reader to open .pdf files
- Enough storage space to save or print past Communications
If you use a spam filter, add TapTap Send to your contact list to ensure you receive our emails.
We’ll let you know if there are any significant updates to the hardware or software you need. You must ensure you can open, read, and keep a copy of any communications we send. You can save or print them for your records, as they may not always be available online.
Keep Your Contact Details Current
Since communications may include sensitive personal and financial information, it’s essential that the address of mail is accurate and kept up to date. You can update your email anytime by logging into the app and going to the “Account” section.
Please note: We consider a communication delivered even if you don’t receive it due to an outdated or incorrect email address or issues like your inbox blocking our messages. https://www.facebook.com/
